Shame on Kansas

This is a good reason to not relocate to Kansas or other rabidly red states today. Imagine waking up and learning your state legislature has just invalidated your drivers license and official identity because of your gender?

We should reject acts of culture warriors like this. Because the targets and victims of this culture war are our neighbors, our fellow citizens, our own brothers and sisters. And because "telling the world who you are" is a HUMAN RIGHT, not a legislative privilege of some cis-gendered folks racialized as white, who temporarily have an assigned seat in the state legislature.

I reject this culture of hate. Instead I choose to follow the path of the culture healers.
